「Usually at five-star properties, especially in desirable locations, the cost scales up much faster than what you get. The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. 「The owner is very warm and considerate. We arrived later than the time we told her and she called us to check was everything ok. She also gave us an ipad with a lot of site visit suggestions and great restaurants recommendations which are really helpful. Her mother is also very nice and welcomed us with a coffee from their fancy app and superb machine. Rooms are clean and uniquely designed, while hotel is just 5 minutes walk away from centre.」

「A beautiful setting right on Lake Maggiore. Our room was spacious, had a refrigerator and coffee maker which we appreciated. The staff at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful with answering questions. Breakfast was very good and there are great hiking options nearby.」
