「Desastroso la atención y la designación de habitaciones, pague por una habitación Suite deluxe y nos asignaron una habitación común, la 1 er noche se activó una alarma en la habitación desde ma 1 AM hasta las 7 AM y nadie nos vino a desactivar la misma realizando 16 llamados a los contactos del hotel, aclaró que el hotel no tenía recepciónista desde las 17 hs hasta las 7 AM del siguiente día, NO PUDIMOS DORMIR EN TODA LA NOCHE!!! El 2do día volvió a activarse la alarma por un problema del aire...

「Spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Quiet: I overlooked the car park, rather than the road. We’ll located for access to buses and trains. Functional and efficient rather than cosy or charming.」

「We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was our favorite thing. The cons: our room was fairly small and you had to step up another level to get into the bathroom. Because of this, in the middle of the night, my husband fell and cut his arm badly. The staff was very nice though, and tried to take care of the cut. It was hard to find the doors Into the hotel and the doors out of the hotel if that makes sense.」

「I do not recommend this hotel. Very overpriced for what it is. Also I am not sure why the word Luxury is in the name. Nothing luxurious about it. It looks better in photos but it is way more worn out IRL. There was no staff present while we were there and unfortunately I didn’t realize they had such limited hours when I booked but we only needed one night and that was hard to find. The mattress and pillows were the worst I experienced during my 2 weeks in Italy. At least it was quiet at night....
