「This hotel went beyond expectations! The staff was so nice and the hotel was spectacular. From fancy dining to enjoying a nice sauna session. 「職員態度友善有禮，房間寬敞整潔除睡房外，還有客廳，廚房，雪櫃和焗爐。房間面湖景，漂亮。美中不足是沒有洗衣設備，酒店介紹資料顯示有洗衣設備但實際是要交職員代為處理，收費昂貴，一件短褲或T袖收費各CHF8,兩件合共，CHF16。另外是早餐食物款式少，很基本食物，主要提供麵包，果汁及熱飲及一些乳酪及配料等。」

「We enjoy our stay at this hotel. The hotel is good, the room is spacious, cozy and with a lovely sea-view.The staff are friendly and helpful. The environment/ surrounding is nice. We tried the restaurant ~ Safran at night, the food and environment is quite good. But if you decided to walk to the hotel fm train station, remember to follow the blue line on the ground to the left, you can access to the lift easily. Besides, there are around tens steps to get access to the lobby fm the main door,...
