"the grounds of the property are really, truly lovely; we brought our dog, and there was lots of space for him to explore and roam around and enjoy, in addition to great patio and lovely views. the staff is just lovely, and very helpful; really, they couldn’t be nicer, honestly, as is so wonderfully typical of great service in Switzerland. the physical plant is good, if not great, and overall the hotel has surely seen better days, while the room renovations are a bit “hip,” such as no real closet...

"I have no complaints. Of the 3 hotels I stayed in on this trip to Europe, this was by my favorite. I chose a lake view room and from My balcony I could see right over to Evian. Every staff member was beyond helpful from getting me in for dinner when I didn’t have a reservation to arranging an early morning taxi for me. They even indulged me practicing my terrible French with them. I plan on visiting Lausanne at least once a year to visit friends and I will always stay at De La Paix "

"We enjoyed our two night stay so much. La Villa is right on Lake Geneva in a beautiful residential neighborhood right. The view from our room was stunning. They have the best patio on the boardwalk. It is a short bus ride or 20 minute walk along the water to the action. Dina was a star!"
