Clean but basic

The hotel feels brand new, and so very clean. There is only 1-2 people working in the reception/bar/breakfast areas at any given time. The coffee machine didn’t work so was difficult to get a coffee as you had to get the attention of this one person who was quite busy and not just tending The breakfast area. The breakfast was extremely limited. A few tiny pastries, tiny (and kind of sad) selection of fruit and cereal and raw eggs set out that you could put in an egg cooker if you wish (no toast). We paid something like 25 euros per person per day for the breakfast and couldn’t even get a second coffee. Super irritating. No hand towels or face towels, and body towels were not replaced in the second day (I get being green, but can I have a couple face towels so I don’t have to dry my face with a used body towel??)

MAGNIFIQUE

Un excellent hôtel avec tout le confort recherché pour un 4 étoile (un minibar en plus serait la crise sur le gâteau). Idéal pour un séjour au calme et reposant. L'espace bien être est super. Il est à 15 minutes de Montreux, cela vaut le coup de s'éloigner un peu de la ville. Le restaurant est à recommander, comme l'hôtel. Continuez...

Im Grossen und Ganzen ein nettes tolles neues Hotel, das Spa hat aber grossen Nachholbedarf, der Whirlpool ist für zwei Personen ausgelegt, also viel zu klein, es fehlten Saunatücher (wir müssen uns mit fünf Handtücher aushelfen).

Tolles Hotel für eine kleine Workation in der Altjahreswoche. Helle, saubere Zimmer, welche angenehm geräumig sind mit mehreren bequemen Sitzmöbeln. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch in Umgang mit Kindern.

Tolles, schönes und neues Hotel in grüner Umgebung mit Tiefgarage und kleinem Spa. Das hauseigene Restaurant hat gutes Essen, wirkt in der Einrichtung aber etwas kühl. Das Frührücksbuffet ist zu klein und zu eng, aber lecker. Die Zimmer sind herausragend, insbesondere die Badezimmer. Die Betten sind gut, waren für meinen Gechmack aber etwas zu hart. Dafür waren Kissen und Decke umso flauschiger.

Muito ruim. Hotel nao disponibiliza ar condicionado nos quartos em pleno verão. Café da manhã sem opcoes de pratos quentes, fraquissimo. Recepção em meio a sala de TV, barulhenta e mal localizada. Box de chuveiro pequeno e desconfortável. Somente forneceram uma chave por quartos mesmo estando em 2 quartos em 5 pessoas. A foto da piscina é uma enganação.
