"The hotel is under construction. While I was assured it would not affect my stay the noise was ridiculous. Working above my room. I have a dog so no option to move rooms was given. Very disappointing. I have stayed in this hotel many times previously. I would suggest calling ahead to see where the construction timeline is at. A free breakfast was offered on checkout, nothing else. When you spend $500 on fees it should be expressed somewhere they are under construction. In the future I will stay elsewhere."

"I booked this hotel for a group of 5 adults & 2 kids, so we went with the big suite room. Breakfast was a voucher for the attached Smitty’s restaurant (which was excellent), but only give 2 vouchers per room no matter how many are on the room. I complained to front desk(this was a big reason for us booking with this hotel) they offered us 1 extra free voucher & then told us extras can be purchased for $10 each. Kids in the room above us were running around until 11pm, so it was noisy. Our hide a bed had nerds in it so squished 2 people into the double bed. Other than that the stay & hotel was great. Hot tub was empty & not running but pool & wayerslide we lots of fun."

"While I travel much for work, this trip was personal and I need to say, I had an amazing experience with Oksana at the front desk. We explained our health situation and inability to walk long distances. Oksana not only checked that our room was perfect but went out of her way to give us a room they keep for emergencies, extra water and double checked our satisfaction once we checked into our room to ensure everything met our needs. As Oksana was ending her “Friday” shift, she ensured her colleagues on the next couple of shifts were aware of our situation. Sure enough, the next morning Addi at the front desk let us know that Oksana apprised him of everything and extended the invitation to not hesitate to let him know if we need anything. We hope that Oksana and Addi are both praised and appreciated by the management of this hotel, these 2 people are a rare find in the hospitality. Whatever these two are being paid…they deserve a raise! Thank you Oksana and Addi for making this part of our journey definitely worth writing a review!"

"The rooms were nice and clean as we're the com.on areas. Coffee was always on and fresh. Price was reasonable for this time of year. Will be my go to hotel when in Airdrie/Calgary."
