「Room was wonderful, 10' ceilings lots of room and I appreciated the upgrade. I was disappointed the hot tub was down, and I understand I would have been called if you had my phone number.」

「The stay was good at the hotel until after checkout we called back to see if they had found some leftover beer we’d forgotten. 3/4 of a pack. That I’d left in the fridge in the room. Arrived to talk to the front desk and they sent a staff member up to the room. Looked in the room for it and was told that it was not there. Unimpressed because we 100% left it behind, we’d checked our vehicle. Told the front desk “well, I guess someone stole it,” and I left. They called us 25-30 mins later and...

「Our tv did not work on our arrival no sound. I called the front desk, no help was offered. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall when i tried to gather toilet paper. Housekeeping would have had to know it was very loose. I let the front dest know about the issues in the morning at check out. Woman at the front desk was sympathetic, but offered nothing for our inconvenience. Not too impressed with the way this issue was handled.」
