On the second day, we planned to go to Calgary Zoo early. However, my son’s shower had very cold water, and it took a long time to get hot water. We called multiple times to inquire about hot water, but staff seemed unaware and did not provide any solution. We had to wait for the hot water to return, which caused us to be more than two hours late for our zoo visit. As a result, we decided not to go at all, leaving my kids very disappointed. Despite multiple calls, staff had no answers, and the front desk staff mentioned the night supervisor was not available to assist. After checking out, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience; the service felt cold and uncaring.
