「First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. As I arrived late night, the staff was very helpful to guide me how to get to the hotel through Whatsapp and she responded very quickly. She also helped me to call taxi when I check-out. 「Near the LIN airport. If you need to travel to the city center, you can take the tram No.27 for around 20 mins. Anyway, it's hard to buy a ticket near the hotel as you can't find any shop nearby. The staff is polite but doesn't have a lot of passion. The room is simple and clean but not very satisfied with the bathroom. The breakfast is simple but still tasty. 」
