I think it was kind of meh, the rooms were quite tiny. Getting from the parking to the hotel with luggage was a challange, and everytime you go out, you need to go out, the parking needs to be validated at the reception. But the breakfast was good.

My second stay at this bery convenient location. Hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood near San Raffaele hospital, close to metro and Milan Linate. Couple if restaurants within 2-5 minutes

Very comfortable and lots of green space

This hotel is very comfortable and close to San Rafael Hospital. The bus connections to the hospital and to the metro were fine and we never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The room was clean and had lots of space. Breakfast, with an extra fee, was very good and much better than other Italian hotels that I've been too. Not much to do nearby but lots of green open space

This was a lovely place though it was farther than I thought from city centre and not convenient to get around. Only there 1 night so OK but I had to use taxi to and from train station.

Hotel room was a little dusty (ie. desk & phone & surfaces in the bathroom, otherwise a wonderful experience! 5-10 minute bus to the metro (which comes every 20mins), from metro it’s 20/30mins into the city centre. Beautiful greenery and fountain around the area. I felt safe, even when we were walking out in the early morning/late night.

Unfortunately their AC did not function and there were no fans provided. Requested water as it was the hotest day and therecwas no access to water facilities there was a charge for water. Could not sleep as there was no ventilation

Old hotel which would need more care and maintenance. The room had a strong bad smell and I got the impression it was not a surprise for the hotel staff. Prompt and kind the service to try to eliminate the smell which however remained. Eventually we had to sleep with the windows opened

The room was not very clean. They put bloody towels for us twice. Carpets were dirty. They don’t change the sheets. They bring 1/2 towels max. They only give you one roll of toilet paper ( a cheap one). The location is VERY inconvenient to center of Milan. This is not a convenient hotel for Milan at all. Last but not least, the sink was yellow and shower was really small. This is not a 4-star hotel by any means.
