「Near the LIN airport. If you need to travel to the city center, you can take the tram No.27 for around 20 mins. Anyway, it's hard to buy a ticket near the hotel as you can't find any shop nearby. 「First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. As I arrived late night, the staff was very helpful to guide me how to get to the hotel through Whatsapp and she responded very quickly. She also helped me to call taxi when I check-out. 「Lovely place to stay in Milan with easy transportation to Milano Centrale train station by #5 streetcar. Quiet neighborhood. The room was very well appointed and clean and the daily breakfast was delicious. Diane was very helpful and gracious with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!」
