"Not water front hotel. Annex one is remoteded from the main Hotel. No elevator to the third floor. No reception desk. Hard to check in. Almost one hour taken to check in and to find a place to park a car. No information given about where to park even if being asked.."

"The property is nice and clean. Great place for event. Close to metro ( one stop away to Amsterdam central) . Breakfast was nice. Staffs are friendly. The only downside is no stores or restaurants around the area. Theres two restaurants on site. The next door casino has restaurant but does not allow minor to enter. "

The only thing I was not sure about was how the Air-Con worked as the seating area was lovely and cool but it did not appear to work in the Bedroom as it was still quite warm.

"Hotel was excellent for our family of four. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good for out of the main centre but a short train or tram ride into central Amsterdam. We had a two bed apartment which was very clean and the kitchen area was great for quick snacks/breakfast. The kids loved the games area. All in all a great place and would stay again next time in Amsterdam with the family."

We absolutely loved the peaceful environment, the quiet, late night walks around the water and the central playground! Dinner was delicious at the local restaurant and they worked out our dietary needs of Gluten/Dairy free allergies with ease!
