「This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. 」

「Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen, das Personal war super lieb und das Hotel sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und bequem. Zudem bietet das Hotel einen Shuttelservice in die Stand an, was sehr praktisch ist. Der Fahrer (Mauro) war sehr lieb und hat uns viele Tipps zur Stadt mitgeteilt. 」

「The owners are easy to reach. They went over and beyond in helping us with our itinerary. The location is easy to access via train and taxi. Our room was kept clean everyday - we stayed for 6 nights. Beddings are very comfortable. Free breakfast a plus! Highly recommended!」

「helpful ,patient and friendly reception staff, but hotel is a little far away from city center and no entertainment around hotel. anyway, since only 15 minutes drive to airport, it is the best choice for 1 day stay before leaving napoli btw, one english speaking reception staff is handsome, lol」
