To be avoided at all costa

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is Rosaria at the restaurant. Other than that, to be avoided at all costs. Old, dirty, surrounded by an ugly industrial area with zero services within walking distance. The 4 star designation is an abomination and a lie. It should have 2 stars at most. Never again, I’d rather sleep in my car.

It was advertise with a bath for an extra 10€ cost but actually any was available because in restauration. Then, the electric column it seems was not working and the staff had not knowledge of it functionality. They could have better taken track of those two considering that it was at exclusive use of the Hotel. At the end I had to figure out myself how to make it work. A brochure in the website should be mandatory to explain how to use them and to solve any technical issue. The breakfast was of poor quality considering it is a 4 stars hotel. Coffe or capuccino were really to any decent standard. They could do much bettter.

Extremely dirty doesnt start to explain it. We showed up to scum in the toilet and after a 6 day stay and repeated room cleans they did not clean it. Our bathroom sink did not drain. We showed up to no lights to be told AFTER we went to our room and cpulsnt figure out why we didnt have them that the generator was down. The room was full of bugs and we left covered in bites. At night we got little to no sleep because of the noise from the upstairs runnings around banging on the floors there appears to be no time rules in this hotel. Literally a nightmare. Friends stayed down the road with a lovely experience.

Hotel in generale ben tenuto e fornito di parcheggio privato che è sempre un ottima cosa. Posizione secondo me molto utile se si è in macchina. La colazione forse è la parte da migliorare leggermente a livello di scelta ma per il resto nella media degli hotel di questo tipo. Personale gentile e disponibile.

prima volta in un Novotel, sono rimasto soddisfatto di questa scelta. hotel molto confortevole, camere in ordine e ben pulite arredate con gusto, , spazio adeguato. il personale della reception è cordiale e molto disponibile a rispondere alle domande poste, check in rapido, nessun problema. davvero soddisfacente la colazione, se ti piace trovi anche il mega barattolone di nutella, apprezzatissimo.

Molto comodo, buon soggiorno

Niente di cui lamentarsi. Un po' deluso dall'orario della piscina chiusa alle 18:30 e aperta dalle 10:00, quindi purtroppo per me non utilizzabile. La struttura è nuova ed elegante. Ristorante con prezzi leggermente alti ma buon cibo. Ricevo upgrade all'arrivo.
