「We needed a place close to Stoke for an event we were all attending with friends. This place was perfect for the 6 of us that stayed there. The hours is very large, with a large kitchen and all amenities. We did not use the TV, so unsure of that function and options. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. There is a large fenced back yard where kids could play.」

On top of this the staff, who were under a lot of pressure, served the whole restaurant and bar with excellent professionalism and courtesy making it was a pleasure to dine and be served. 「Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. We had breakfast (optional) which consisted of lots cold options, fresh fruits, juices cereals etc. Then a full range for any...

「The Barns Hotel is a great place to stay. Staff are very accommodating and friendly, room was comfortable and clean and there is free parking. The restaurant served reasonably priced food and the breakfast was lovely. The manager kept the bar open until we had all returned from a local festival. We would stay here again in the future 😁 」

「3 nights. Nice clean hotel, lovely helpful staff, room was fine, comfortable double bed, maybe could've done a chair in the room, and there was just about space for one. Breakfast was nice too, good quality bacon and sausages, although somewhat limited choice for a longer stay i.e no fruit, no cakes or croissant etc. Would definitely stay there again if returning to Congleton.」
