It was a nice stop over. We stayed for 2 nights, it was a great place to stay, while visiting Alton Towers water park & Theame park. The inly thing was upsetting its that there was no spare plugs to charge pur device.

All the staff were excellent, breakfast was Good. It was so noisy, the room was so hot, we couldn't sleep. People going to Macdonald's so early in the morning was also noisy. I thought it was very expensive £133 for a night and breakfast, but the staff made the stay worthwhile.

Very welcoming check in, and very willing to help make us even more comfortable with our stay. They are a dig friendly Hotel, and although we don’t dislike dogs, we asked to be moved in case we were woken by barking pets, and there was no problem at all.
