"I wish the view was better but everything else was great. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and it was conviently located to lots of dining options. My biggest complaint is after leaving Dauphin restaurant for dinner, I took a spill off of the curb, the security lady patrolling outside of the hotel saw this occur, and despite me being injured with bloody knees, she never asked my husband or I if we needed help. I don't know if she assumed I fell because I had too much to drink, which wasn't the case because I don't drink, either way, she did not offer any assistance. My husband had to help me back to the hotel despite having difficulty walking. "

"Beautiful historic area with brick sidewalks and streets. The property has multiple buildings. We stayed in the main building, a historic old mansion. Everything is beautifully decorated and cozy. There is coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby. Each room is unique, we stayed in the David room. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfy and the linens soft. They have a kcup machine, but no refrigerator. Its a block away from Fort Conde and walking distance to downtown, the convention center and the Perdido Queen Cruises. We just loved this property and will definitely stay there again!"
