"10/10: Beautiful and spacious rooms. Friendly and professional staff. Convenient and quiet location.
Loved our stay! After our first night here, I read the hotel magazine to see what other hotels they operated, so we could continue enjoying great stays during our Japan vacation. We immediately booked their hotel in Osaka (our next stop). I’m writing this review from their Osaka location and yes, it’s 15/10!
The location is a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station, which is a regional and Shinkansen transit hub. There’s shopping, food, and entertainment all within walking distance. Major attractions like Nagoya Castle, Pokemon Centre, etc. are a 30-minute walk or train ride away.
We were warmly welcomed by staff upon arrival and warmly acknowledged each trip out/in. This is our first trip to Japan and sadly our Japanese language abilities are very basic (we’ll do better next trip!). The staff have been wonderfully patient and caring in helping us in English. This makes such a difference for “first timers” to Japan.
The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. Our room had two twin beds and offered plenty of space. Size-wise our room was akin to the amount of space we’re used to from North American hotels. 👍👍 We visited in August. The in-room air conditioning was a relief to come back to.
Highly recommend. Our stay made such an impression that we’ve added Tokyu Stays hotels to our “go to” travel list for where to stay when travelling in Japan and globally.

"This is way too worth it for the price at this location. Donki is right beside, many merchandise stores around as well. They provide welcome drink for guest and a massage pad for every room so you can lay in bed and place the pad under your tiring legs. Highly recommended this hotel "
"It was a great place to stay because there were many shops and restaurants. Walking diatance to the train station. Their hospitality is exemplary, the room was clean with complimentary beverages in the lobby. Highly recommended!"
