The staff is incredible- always helpful, joy filled smiles & will help arrange car transportation, any tour needs & offer their own tours. The food was good (again the views!!) Clean, free water whenever you need/want, good beds & accommodations. It’s located in Giza, right across from pyramids; about 30min to airport, 45min to central Cairo attractions. "A great property, but it’s dated. The facade is in the midst of a facelift as are the stores and hopefully the rooms will follow. The room was spotless, but dated. The garden and pool area were spectacular. There was a live band and then music playing in the evening which added to the ambience. Most staff spoke fluent English, but others couldn’t understand basic questions. "
