De kamer(s) ware zeer luidruchtig. Het Hotel is gelegen aan een zeer drukken baan die 24/7 verkeer heeft. Ramen die niet geluidswerend/isolerend waren. The whole staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, the room (deluxe room) had a beautiful view to the pyramids (as did the breakfast area) and was decorated in a beautiful way, and of course clean etc., and there was bottled water for us, and a water kettle and tea and coffee, the breakfast was delicious and when we had to leave early in the morning for the airport, we even got the full breakfast anyway, and upstairs there is a restaurant--moreover they helped us organize everything we needed for the visit to GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum) and offered other options for tours as well, and the airport pickup/dropoff service was very nice and attentive, too. Just note that only the airport pickup is included, the dropoff was USD30 (about 45km--we were very well taken care of by the drivers both from and to the airport). An excellent place to stay we can fully recommend and will visit again when we come back to the area.

First of all the view and the location stood out. Miriam at reception was most helpful and made our stay memorable by organising us tours and transfers anytime. The hotel is small, but the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast good.

This was a great stay! Prime location with awesome views of the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Rooftop restaurant was superb and great food selections and reasonably priced. Hotel staff very accommodating. Has reasonable laundry service. Offers free pickup from airport. We were very pleased with our stay.

Location is highly desirable. On major highway, but across from GEM, and down the street from pyramids. Airport pickup (not drop off) is complimentary; as is the daily breakfast buffet at rooftop restaurant. Staff is very friendly and hospitable, coordinating before your check in to plan your trip in Giza (thank you Kareem & Youssef). Water pressure was fantastic, hot water in the evenings. Limited channels on tv. Firm mattress. Beautiful views of the GEM from our suite, lit up at night and able to see the pyramids too.

Being able to arrange transportation for every day we were there at the front desk was a game-changer. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.

WiFi did not work an entire day. Staff overcharged for car service. They will call your room to ask question during sleeping hours. Thin walls and you hear housekeeping knocking on doors all day and night.

Staff very helpful, even helped with shoe repair! Excellent at arranging tours. The GEM is literally across the street. (Although you have to take a taxi because of the road barrier) Superb view of pyramids and museum from the rooftop cafe. Highly recommended!

Despite the warm welcome and the helpful staff there are quite a few issues at this hotel. The first thing to be aware of is that it is right next to a busy highway which has traffic on it throughout the night and if you stay in the fifth floor, as we did, they have single-glazed only windows, which also feature openings so you are disturbed by the traffic all night, not great if you are a light sleeper. The staff kindly moved us to the second floor where there is additional glazing that cuts the noise significantly, a godsend. The second issue is that despite the claim of the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) being only a three minute walk away, is currently incorrect as the Egyptian government is set to complete the Metro station and associated subway to the museum, leaving you to take the chances with the busy traffic, which you might have got a taste of during your complimentary ride to the hotel or take an 5-8 minute taxi/Uber journey. Furthermore the long-awaited walkway to the Pyramids from the GEM is also not yet open requiring another taxi ride there too. It will all be finished eventually and then this hotel will be in a great spot to take advantage, but until then, you can do better.

Gostamos muito do hotel, super bem localizado, com cafe da manha bom e equipe de atendimento muito boa e agradável. Fica em frente a uma rua muito movimentada, é bem barulhento com a janela aberta, mas com ela fechada ameniza bem. O ar condicionado funciona super bem. Tinha água, café e cha a vontade para consumir no quarto, o que eh uma boa vantagem.

Das Zimmer war makelos mit Blick auf dem GEM und auf die Pyramiden. Karim Kaseem war unser Ansprechpartner für den ganzen Aufenthalt. Er hat uns die Karten fürs Museum besorgt und tolle Touren organisiert. Mein Vater (97) war auf den Rollstuhl und Gehstock angewiesen und er hat uns den Rollstuhl vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt. Alle Mitarbeiter haben jederzeit liebevoll und ohne Aufforderung geholfen geholfen. Der zugewiesener Fahrer Machmoud hat unser sicher und unaufdringlich unterstützt. Der weiblicher Guide AYA war sehr kompetent und hat die Touren jederzeit flexibel auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst. Ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Mein Vater und ich möchten uns herzlichsts beim ganzen Team bedanken, das dieses nicht unkomplizierten Aufenthalt zu einem tollen Erlebniss gemacht haben. Vielen Dank Nanda V.
