The location of the hotel is excellent for visiting GEM and pyramids. The room was clean and staff are very friendly. Good view on the rooftop restaurant. The breakfast was ok but would be better. The biggest issue was the lock of the room. It didn't work for couple times and had to go to reception for resetting. It's kind of ignoring.

Everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They arranged transportation for airport transfer, a Nile Dinner Cruise and the Grand Egyptian Museum. They even offered cab services after I had left. Thank you for everything!

While the hotel was satisfactory, the excessive noise levels significantly disrupted my sleep. Although advertised as a 35-minute commute to Cairo, the actual travel time was approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. The staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating, however, the lack of restful sleep negatively impacted the overall experience.

The bedding was quite terrible — rough and scratchy, almost uncomfortable to sleep on. The beds themselves were very firm, which seems to be common in Egypt. The hotel overall is cute, with a charming design and a great location directly across from the GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum). However, I wouldn’t recommend crossing the street to get there, it’s a major road with fast traffic, so you’ll need someone to drive you. The rooftop has a great view of the pyramids, which is definitely a highlight. The staff was fantastic overall. We didn’t try much of the food, but what we did have, we enjoyed. The only downside was the man at the front desk — he was rude and dismissive, which stood out because everyone else was so kind. They offer airport pickup, but our experience wasn’t great. The car that picked us up was old, dirty, had no seatbelts, and smelled strongly of exhaust. The 45-minute ride felt unsafe and unpleasant — not what you want after a long flight. While the website mentions airport transfer, when we requested a ride back to the airport, they tried to charge us $30, even though an Uber costs around $6. The hotel also advertises “one excursion per day” on their Expedia listing, but when asked, the staff said that’s not something they actually offer. They do arrange excursions, but they’re priced at high, American-style rates. Overall, I’d rate this hotel three stars. It’s not a four- or five-star experience, but it is a safe, clean place with a wonderful view

Only one quick night here on a layover, but great staff and clean nice rooms with the view of the new museum and pyramids. I was on the 5th floor. Roof top is big and comfortable with nice views. Good value for the price

En general muy bien, aunque hubo detalles pequeños, el telefono no funcionaba y al necesitar un destapador no tenian disponible. Aun asi una muy grata estancia. La comida del restaurante muy buena, el desayuno excelente y el servicio del personal de restaurante al desayuno es impecable. Esta justo enfrente del nuevo museo egipcio pero no se puede llegar caminando! Tomenlo en cuenta, hay una enorme avenida que no tiene peatonal para cruzar. La vista desde la terraza es preciosa con las piramides de fondo. Algo invaluable es que incluyen el pickup de aeropuerto. Con gusto regresaria a hospedarme con ellos.

The staff is excellent, from the General Manager to Youseff, Kareem, Mariam, Verena, and others. Super helpful. The shower in the bathroom didn't work well, they are aware of this and somehow they haven't been able to fix it yet. I wouldn't say this hotel is exceptional, I would give it a 8-9 and not a 10.

The rooms and beds are very modern, cleana nd nice. BUt it is right on a major highway with thin windows, so all night I could hear trucks, horns and eventually the call to prayer. Cut my visit short after one night and moved to another hotel. Also, the new GEM is "across the street" but the street is a highway...you need a ride. Hotel offered $30 round trip. Uber did it for anout $1.25 each way. To the airport? Hotel quoted $50. Uber was less than $10.

Bon court séjour

Rooftop avec vue sur les pyramides. Il faut un Uber pour pouvoir bouger car rien à proximité. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est bien avec des plats bons et un services top. La propreté de la chambre est moyenne. Les draps et les serviettes avaient des taches. Les draps housses très fin on voyait le matelas à travers. La salle de de bain très moderne et propre. L’insonorisation est à revoir que ce soit vers l’extérieur que l’intérieur.

Incrível. Staff muito gentil, principalmente: Jose e Said. Quartos limpos, um café da manhã dentro do padrão e uma bela vista das pirâmides. A parte externa não parece tão agradável, mas o interior é muito limpo e cheiroso.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Verena, Miriam and Youssef catered to every need. The rooftop is awesome and the food very good and reasonable. The breakfast choices are extensive. The hotel is very good value. My friend and i had a great experience there.
