「Unfortunately, the pool experience was a little disappointing. We booked this hotel specifically because they advertised a water park but when we arrived, the pool was ice cold and the slides were closed for the season. I really want to highlight that the staff were absolutely wonderful- truly welcoming professionals. They did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. 「Wir waren eine Woche da, viele haben wir so mitbekommen bleiben nur eine oder 2 Nächte.Personal war immer freundlich auch wenn wir Verständigungsprobleme hatten da wir nur sehr schlecht englisch sprechen.Haben uns nicht allzuviel im Hotel aufgehalten waren ja den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Kein einziger deutscher Sender das geht bestimmt besser und wenn man nur Netflix anbietet und jeder der einen Account hat kann sich anmelden, Die Preise im Hotel fanden wir einfach zu hoch Stück Kuchen 10€ Abend...

Restoran çok soğuktu, benim odam da öyle... ısıtıcı sağlanabiliyormuş ancak bana teknik ekip bu bilgiyi vermedi ve odayı ısòtmanın mümkün olmadığını iletti. Sicak su var ancak basınç çok düşük.
