「I feel that the staff are not enthusiastic enough.」

「We loved our stay at Crowne Plaza. We were initially booked for 4 nights and then extended a further 3. Everyone is so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend the Armenian restaurant they have on site called Mayrig.」

「The hotel is very nice with very attentive staff and is located right next to a shopping mall.」

「Room hardware is aged. Air condition doesnt well functioned. Very noisy on holiday because of the wedding party. You have to DIY when you need a taxi, like Uber. Others are fine...」

「We had to stay a night here as our original hotel wouldn't allow an early check in so we found this last minute. For the price you get what you pay for. AC didn't work so we had to keep balcony door open at night. It was walkable to shops and restaurants open late at night so that was good. Area seemed like heavily local and not touristy. The breakfast in the morning was good given the price.」

「Excellent service and great location 👍」
