「 Tge Weather was good since i arrived to Cairo the service was good nice people even the room wes big and clean the breakfast was so so can feed only kids not for enagh for adults the only problem i find the location for the appartment even tge address you guy's add it in the location its wong take me like 1 hour to get there its very complicated you should put a right address so other tgen that everything was good 」

Restoran çok soğuktu, benim odam da öyle... ısıtıcı sağlanabiliyormuş ancak bana teknik ekip bu bilgiyi vermedi ve odayı ısòtmanın mümkün olmadığını iletti. Sicak su var ancak basınç çok düşük. Bunun dışında lokasyon iyi. Restoran gayet güzel ve yemekler çok lezzetli. Spa henüz açılmamıştı, sauna ve buhar odası aşırı küçük ve dolap bulunmuyor. Yanınızda değerli bir eşya...

「Perfect location in the Cairo downtown. Very clean rooms and hotel premises. The surrounding area is full of wonderful shops. All tourists spots are easily reachable from here with an Uber, though hotel staff also provides packages and we used them and say they are worth. Hotel staff are very helpful, and solve any issue with amenities very quickly. Thanks to Mostafa and Amin, who helped us with very late checkin due to flight delays, Youstina at reception with suggesting and arranging tour...

「I enjoyed my stay at Mazaya. The location of the hotel was less than a 10 minute walk from the Sphinx and the pyramids. It has a few places to eat at if you choose to not order directly from the hotel. The room and hotel were always clean, and each day they provided fresh towels and water. The staff was always friendly and courteous, assisting me with any questions I had. As a last minute booking, they were able to help me find things to do with a ride and a tour guide. 」

「Bei Buchung des Aufenthaltes im Hotel gab es keinen Hinweis auf die Schließung des Schwimmbades, so dass wir erst bei Anreise erfahren haben, dass das Schwimmbad während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht genutzt werden konnte. Ein nachträgliches Entgegenkommen des Hotels , z.b. in Form eines Preisnachlasses wurde von dort abgelehnt. Das angebotene Frühstück kann von uns lediglich als mittelmäßig bewertet werden.
