「The best thing about my room was the renovated tiny bathroom. It had nice marble and sink but the toilet seat was loose. And that was just the beginning of the poor state of things. The room was pretty clean but the door paint had been chipped and not repainted and the door handle was barely functional. I definitely used the deadbolt lock. 「The property is completely run down and about two thirds of the property looks abandoned. The room was dirty. The bed sheets had holes and stains. The windows did not lock. There is one outlet in the entire room. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The indoor pool was gross and had moldy water and place smelled like something died in there. 「The staff were very kind, however the property is in need of both cleaning and updates. Our shower had mold on the ceiling and the curtain liner, the jacuzzi tub needed to be cleaned, and the room definitely had a very strong odor. We were only able to get a smoking room and the scent was extremely evident, to the point where it affected sleep and made my clothes smell that I didn't even wear. 「The good: from the outside, it’s a motel you don’t expect much from, but the inside was remodeled and clean. The shower water pressure was amazing! Everything was fine and I’d absolutely stay here again. I do recommend it. The “could be better”: my only gripe was that there was not an outlet on or behind the work table. I needed to work and had to do so on the bed so I could have an outlet.」

「The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. 」
