「The room was very clean. Julio( chef at breakfast) did a fantastic job handling 3 omelet pans and the waffle maker as well as restocking items needed for omelets. I was totally amazed at his efficiency. Our waiters Carlos (breakfast) and Jacob (dinner) were very observant of our needs and extremely polite. Would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the room」

「We thoroughly enjoyed the biggest room that Hampton Inn offered at that location. The room was plenty big for our family. The bathroom was amazing and we loved having a television in the restroom. We loved the swimming pool and multiple hot tubs along with the steam shower! The staff were all very friendly and enjoyed being there despite it being Christmas Eve and then of course Christmas. Would definitely recommend and hoping to make it back out there sometime soon.」

「The only issue we had was the door lock batteries died and luckily my wife was still in the room to let me in. They put new ones in but we had to.let him in to change them on the inside of the door. So what if we were both out of the room, how was anyone getting in to change them?」
