The hotel inside was great. The rooms were amazing and very clean. The staff at check in was wonderful. The parking lot coming into the parking area had a ditch. Some areas need filled in. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

The bed was broke, it being a wire base/floating frame, someone had already zip tied it but they were broke. The kitchenette floor was so greasy we almost slipped several times. Staff was friendly. The hallways smelled and were dingy. I think people are living there as well. Loud noises constantly from other rooms

Staff was amazing. I left because the place was dirty, especially the floors and there was a room next to me that obviously wasn’t going to sleep that night. The AC unit in my room was stuck on high and I couldn’t change it. There were some shifty characters walking around. Not my thing.

The hotel was easy to get to. The beds were comfortable and it was mice to have a stove top and a fridge. All the dishes were clean and in the dishwasher. It appeared that someone had used our bathroom. Their towel was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door, the toilet seat was up and the toilet paper wasn’t folded. I misread the pet policy and thought the $50 deposit was refundable, instead it was a non-refundable cleaning fee. That was my fault. The last hiccup was the checkout time was listed on the back of our door was listed at 12 but the front desk said it was at 11. They were very kind and let us stay a bit past 11.

We stayed 2 nights friday to sunday. Your basic hotel room, bed was comfortable. Carpets were dirty. Ac worked great. Bathroom was clean, the refrigerator and microwave was convenient. The elevator barely worked half the time. They only provide you with two towels two wash rags two hand towels. One small shampoo and conditioner. I brought my own so that didnt really bother me much. They only put one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom so I had to ask for more at the desk. No housekeeper came by the entire time we were there which I thought was very odd. It was cheap to stay there but the property is poorly managed and little to no housekeepers to keep up with the property.

Spent the weekend for AAU basketball tournament. This hotel was very clean, friendly staff and was nice having kitchenette. I don't usually sleep well my first night in a hotel, but bed was very comfortable and was very quiet! Even with the window to front of building. Would definitely stay there again!

I just needed a place to sleep for the night. I ate supper at the Highlands and was able to put leftovers in the fridge. It was nice to have a hot bath before I left for the day. I did not get to use the gym.
