Staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Anything we needed, they helped with immediately. Room was clean, beds were super comfy, water pressure in the shower was perfect, ac/heat worked wonderfully. Cannot complain about anything, we'll be staying here for all our overnight Brewer trips.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three days, and while there were a few positives, my overall experience was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff I did interact with were friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, the condition of the hotel itself did not meet expectations. The property appeared to be poorly maintained, and cleanliness was an issue throughout my stay. The most concerning part of my experience happened around 3:00 AM on the second morning. The fire alarm went off, and guests were forced to evacuate. What was alarming was the complete lack of communication and organization from hotel staff. No one came outside to inform us whether there was an actual fire or what was happening. After some time, the alarm was simply turned off, and guests were told they could go back inside—still without any explanation. This situation felt unsafe and unprofessional. In an emergency, clear communication and staff presence are critical, and unfortunately, that was missing. While the staff was friendly, the lack of cleanliness and the poor handling of what could have been a serious emergency makes it hard for me to recommend this hotel.

We only stayed overnight but place was clean, easy access out to where are car was parked and also to take our dog out. Nice location, very private and quiet, would stay again. Continental breakfast wasn't too much though.

The room was great it had plenty of space for what we needed. Although there was no bedding for the pull out couch so we had to make due with what we had. There are not a lot of amenities so bring your own soaps and shampoo. We were only there for one night. I would rent rent again.The price was right.
