「We had a wonderful stay at Black Friars! Our room was very spacious and comfortable and we heard no noise from the pub or street below. It is very conveniently located in downtown Inverness, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, and very close to the river and the shops. The pub below is great and has very nice staff and tasty food. We would absolutely stay again if and when we return to the area!」

「Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.」

「房间太小了。家庭房，把沙发床打开后，基本就把房间占满了，比图片宣传的空间要小。房间很干净，早餐随选择不多，但准备的很用心。服务人员耐心热情。入住退房都很快捷。紧邻购物中心，加油购物吃饭都很方便，不必去市区。」

「酒店不論是地理位置、員工、早餐、淋浴設備及床鋪都很好。 惟房間隔音太差，我經常在房間都會聽到隔壁房間在講話，隔壁孩子在跳來跳去的聲音也很清楚。有人在走廊上走動，樓上房間的人在走動我也聽得一清二楚的。 但整體而言，這酒店除了比較吵這個問題外，還算舒適。」
