Ms. 전혜련 assisted me during check-in. She was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel itself was very clean, but the soundproofing was poor. The rooftop pool is lovely; however, it rained when I visited. Overall, it's a good budget-friendly place to stay.

New, clean, convenient (corner store on premises and free parking). Great suite. I'm not sure who did what in the past that warrants advertising upcharges for things like not doing the dishes or sorting the recycling but it leaves a bad vibe. But I guess they find it necessary.

"Amazing experience. Staff so nice and courteous. Hotel was so quiet everywhere. Our rooms had espectacular views of the Gwangan Bridge and the room amenities were great as well. Had an amazing time and will definitely return there next time we go back to Busan."
