「Tudo ruim, prédio mal cuidado precisando de reparos, internamente e por fora. Banheiro sem toalha, sabonete, vaso sanitário perto do box , sem armário no banheiro e quarto também e sem cabides , paredes com reboco aparecendo 」

「O apartamento estava fedendo a cigarro desde a entrada até os quartos. O acento do vaso sanitário estava com abertura nas laterais, a colcha da cama estava com cheiro duvidoso. A cozinha estava bem equipada com tudo que fosse preciso e haviam até alguns mantimentos nos armários. Sofá da sala confortável e a central de ar manteve a sala fria mesmo fazendo um calor absurdo nos dias em que estivemos lá. Recomendo para quem não tem frescura. 」

「L'accès a la chambre est particulier, monté au 7eme, traverser l'immeuble et aller a l'étage de la chambre Le personnel était très bien Le petit déjeuner et le dîner était aussi bien, mais bruyant. La propreté de la douche mériterait un produit anti moisissure.」

「The stay at Cosmopolitan was perfect for us. Arrived early on August 20th at 10:30 and we were able to check in for a much needed shower and nap. Breakfast was very good! Room was more of a studio apartment with refrigerator, microwave and stove. Grocery store only a short walk away. And the air conditioning was the best! Great stay!」

「Yes, everything was overall great! Excellent staff, beautiful surroundings! Breakfast was great! Only that the hotel is a little rundown outdated! Just needs to be renovated! 」

「From check in to room cleaning to breakfast, this has been the worst Novotel experience I’ve ever had. I am an All member and this Novotel Gonzaga was far from being a Novotel standards. Lazy service. I had to ask to do additional towels several times. Check in took 30 minutes. I took 1 hour from SP to Santos, and took 30 minutes for a lousy check in. 」

「No my room didn't overlook the beach. The room was clean and it was in a terrific location with easy access to everything. This is like a historic building. It's ginormous and it's right across from the beach so lots of rooms face the beach. It has air conditioning. We had two private bedrooms with bathroom and a fridge It suit our needs perfectly. Breakfast was included in the room price. 」
