The rooms were clean, well ventilated, and reasonably spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful, in particular Mariana De Oliveira, always helping us at the restaurant.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite and accommodating. Special mention to Filipe at reception / hotel entrance who paid our taxi , as the taxi’s card machine did not work . He was very kind and trusting as it took one hour or so until we could pay him back . Compared to other hotels we stayed in santos , this had an organised breakfast ; very clean rooms and obliging and pleasant staff .

Quarto com cheiro de mofo, meu marido que tem asma passou mau os dois dias devido ao cheiro. Banheiro com mofo aparente no box. Sem roupa de cama e banho para três pessoas, apesar da reserva ser para 03 pessoas. Ao solicitar um cobertor e travesseiro extra fomos informados que talvez não fossemos atendidos por que estavam com muitas solicitações e realmente não nos atenderam. Reservei esse hotel devido a aceitar Pet, mas não estava claro que o valor do pet não estava incluindo na diaria. Na vespera recbi o e-mail que seria cobrado 200,00 por dia + o imposto. Enfim pelo valor cobrado da diaria eu esperava muito mais do hotel. Cafe da manha tambem foi bem fraco

Precisa melhorar muito para compensar o que cobra

Preço totalmente desproporcional pelo o que oferecem. Rua bem ruim, muitos prédios em construção parece abandonada, longe da faixa de areia mal da pra ver o mar. TV não é smart, em 2025 não conseguir viajar e assistir meia hora de streaming, pela diária de 600,00, não é aceitável. Muito barulho no quarto. Café tumultuado e poucas opções. Decepcionante.
