A cama é muito ruim, impossível ter uma boa noite

O quarto com mobiliário bastante antigo, em má conservação. Mas nada se compara a péssima condição da cama. O colchão é tão antigo, desgastado, que é possível sentir as costas na cama, pois o colchão não tem mais o mínimo de estrutura e condição de uso. Sem contar a roupa de cama furada.

Bom mas poderia ser MUITO melhor

O flat está muito bem localizado e os apartamentos são amplos e confortáveis. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. Porém: 1. a limpeza é parcial, janelas e terraço acumulam sujeiras. 2. os armários ficam fechados e os cobertores podem exalar mau cheiro ( o que aconteceu no meu quarto). 3. a manutenção é precária: lâmpadas queimadas, gavetas emperradas, frigobar sem as forminhas de gelo, etc. 4. há um ótimo terraço com chuveiros na cobertura, sem nenhuma cadeira de sol. Não dá pra entender. 5. na sala de café da manhã, há duas televisões ligadas com som no programa da Ana Maria Braga, sem nenhum hóspede prestando atenção. Pra quê? Pra incomodar àqueles que querem relaxar olhando o mar a sua frente? Enfim, foi bom , mas poderia ser MUITO melhor.

A localização é boa, pois é próximo à praia. Não me senti segura em sair à pé neste local. Cheguei mais cedo e pedi um check in antecipado, mas disseram que não era permitido. Pedi pra deixar apenas o carro no estacionamento e também não permitiram. Disseram que estava lotado, porém havia vagas sobrando. o quarto não é o que está na foto do site do hoteis.com. O quarto era bem mais velho e estava com um cheiro muito forte de inseticida. Entre a cama e a cozinha havia um armario enorme, que não aparece na foto. A limpeza estava horrivel, havia fios de cabelos no banheiro e um caroço de azeitona na pia. A torneira da pia do banheiro não fechava direito. Qdo reclamei q o quarto não era o da foto, o atendente da recepção disse q todos os quartos eram iguais. O café da manhã estava ok, mas nada demais. Não recomendo e não voltaria
