Em geral a estadia nao teve nada de desagradavel, com relaca ao servico de quarto a rede ibis poderia repensar sobre Uma questao que deveria ser mudado sao os preços da alimentacao. No mais espero ter outras experiencias com bcs.

O frigobar estava com garrafa de agua aberta provavelmente de hóspede anterior, não havia toalha de rosto, o alarme do teto tocou diversas vezes durante a noite. Reclamamos com a recepção mas o problema não foi resolvido.

Check in muito demorado!

Check in muito demorado, hotel aparentemente lotado e pouquíssima gente para atender no balcão. A família já está cansada da viagem e ainda ter que esperar mais de meia hora para fazer um simples check in é pra acabar!!! Não é a primeira vez que me incomodo para fazer check in na rede Ibis.

O hotel é bem estruturado, bom WI-FI, TV boa, cama confortável e chuveiro bom, mas a limpeza não estava tão boa. O telefone estava coberto de pó, não dava coragem de usar e uma das toalhas estava molhada dando a impressão de que não houve troca. A localização não achei muito boa pois não tem farmácia,nem mercado perto, só tem dois postos com duas lojas de conveniência próximo ao hotel, mas o hotel como um todo oferece uma boa estrutura de hospedagem.
