"Apathetic and slow moving staff. Sink clogged. Heater wouldn't adjust lower so i had to open the windows to keep from roasting. elevator has been down for over two months now. Parking lot was not cleared of snow. "

"It was a very short stay but everything about it was very good…. Nice bed, plenty of towels and clean. I like my shower a little hotter than it allowed for, but it was acceptable. "

"The helpful staff, clean rooms, great customer service at front desk. I spilled a cup of coffee and knocked on the kitchen door to ask for the mop. She would not allow me to do it which I thought was very nice, she said no ma’am I’ve got. I told her I was raised to clean after myself she said she was too but proceeded to mop, with no problem it was awesome 💞"
