"Unfortunately this hotel was the worst we have ever stayed at. First off, I booked a mobility assessable room and was not given one. After asking to switch rooms, they said they would have an assessable room in the afternoon which they did not. They offered us a stool to use. After considering moving hotels, we decided to stay until we woke up on day 2 to NO HOT WATER. They said they were working on it and to contact the manager. My sister in law was in the other tower and they did not have an operational elevator. They were promised it would only be an hour or so and two days later, still no elevator. We decided to move to a new hotel for the last day of our trip. VERY DISAPPOINTED OVERALL and incompetent front desk help!"
