I complained to the clerk at the front desk and he got upset and asked why did i wait 30 minutes to report this, to which i replied, i had to unload all of my stuff. He rufley told me to pack my stuff and follow him to the front for a refund that would take 3 business days. Curtly told me to leave the property because there is no loitering. "
