I am handicapped and have a handicapped parking placard from the state of MA. I came back after dinner to find no parking including the designated handicapped parking spots, I think I noticed 5 of them. None of the cars had handicapped parking placards or plates, then I encountered someone exiting one of the cars and kindly asked them to move as I showed them my prophetic issues my can and my handicap placard and their response was the front desk told us it was ok. The other issue is again being handicapped I couldn’t access the pool by way of the elevator to the proper floor. I had to take the elevator to the second floor and go down a flight. I picked this place to utilize the pool and the hot tub which I could not do. The room was clean and the main floor was clean however there was some construction going on and the hall way was extremely dusty, walls and in the air due to someone sanding and painting. All this together made a very unsatisfying stay

Staff has been very friendly. Had to extend my stay due to a blizzard and they were very kind and accommodating. The only cons are the breakfast ends a little earlier than most that we've stayed previously and the elevators service date is expired and made me a little nervous. They are currently under construction in some areas, that are blocked off but it didn't provide any inconveniences to our stay.

No internet in our room, hotel was under extreme renovations and it was not mentioned anywhere. Our keys were deactivated in the morning, our shower water would not work.! No towels in pool area, when asked for some they said “ housekeeping is gone”

We arrived at the hotel at 10:30PM, and were in bed at 11:30. At 3:10AM we were awoken to a man yelling, “You owe me money, b*tch, twice, near our room. This was followed by off and on, loud conversations between this man and a woman. We determined it was coming from the room next to us. We laid there frozen in fear and didn’t know what to do. We considered calling 911 but decided to call the front desk instead. The person we spoke to said he would come up and speak to the occupants in the room next to us. The first time he came up, the couple wasn’t making any noise, but then, within the next hour, they became loud again and also started playing music so we called again, and this time when the employee came up, the man answered the door. He immediately told the man that we had called and complained… We had asked if we could be moved, but the employee discouraged that option. The couple finally became quiet at 6:30 AM. We got only a few hours of sleep and when we checked out, we asked to be refunded, but the desk person said that was not possible because we had used a booking company outside of the hotel. This is the second time we’ve stayed at your hotel in the past year. The first time we were kept awake most of the night by a barking dog that was in the room next to us. We decided to give your hotel a try again, and hoped to have a better experience but that ended up not being the case. More should have been done to help us. Above all else, we did not feel safe.

Where to begin? We booked this hotel for a local getaway with a hot tub. We called ahead to make sure the pool was open. The front desk said the pool was open, but neglected to mention that the hot tub was not open. While using the pool, there was clearly something wrong in the pool room, as noted by the flashing white alarm lights, rust running down the walls, and the fact that it seemed to be literally raining into the pool. There was so much humidity that the provided pool towels were wet. After a somewhat disappointing swim, our party returned to the room to warm up in the shower, (as the shower in the pool area had no shower head). Upon returning to the room we realized that the shower was not running. We called the front desk to ask if there was a problem. They said they would send someone up. After about an hour of waiting, they told us that due to construction, the water would remain turned off until 3pm. I asked if we could be switched to another room. We then had to haul all of our stuff to a different room. When I asked if there was any compensation available for the disappointing stay that we had, the snarky clerk said, "We granted you a late check out and that should be enough". He then asked, "Would money really make you feel better about your stay?", I said, "Yes." He replied, "Well, there you go. " implying that I was just looking for a free ride and there was nothing he could do. I remain dissatisfied.
