「It was clean, breakfast was good and well tended to, the common spaces are updated and nice. Our room was a suite with a pull out couch. It was good space for us and our 4 kids for just spending nights while visiting family in town. We would recommend this location to anyone needing a good location and nice value. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and spacious rooms. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast area clean and the food was not your typical free breakfast-lots of variety and different menu each day (we stayed 2 days). Definitely will stay here again when back in the area. 」

「I absolutely loved my stay! Upon entry, the ambience was soft yet beautiful. The waterfall from structure was visible upon entry, which gave me a sense of peace and comfort. The staff was extremely kind and provided all sorts of information for me to be aware of during my stay. Staff continually reached out to me to see if there were any needs that were not met and to see how they could approve upon their service to me during my stay. Breakfast was hot and tasty! I will definitely use this hotel...

「My husband left a shirt hanging in the closet. The staff called me within 2 hours of check-out telling me about the item. It was kept for me and I had a family member pick it up the next day. Not all hotels would do that. I really appreciated their extra efforts to connect me with the lost item. I will remember that next time I need to make over-night arrangements.」

「They only leave one roll of tissue in the room. No extra roll. Other than that the staff of nice. The hotel does need some work in some rooms. The price is definitely too high for the area and condition. 」

「Overall the stay was amazing the only thing I would recommend is for staff to double check under the beds. Due to us finding a bag of chips and old pieces of food under the bed. Other than that it was amazing. 」
