Sin duda no volvemos !!! Nunca limpiaron la habitación No toallas , No rollo de papel , olía súper mal , desayuno horrible , el elevador parecía que se iba a caer . Las tarjetas para entrar se desactivaban a cada rato tuvimos que comprar rollo de papel por qué no había . No volvemos !!!

THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL STAY I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! Staff were extremely rude. Rooms were dirty. No comforters on beds. AC units with no covers. Holes in the shower walls. Windows on first floor not locking properly. Limited tissue supply and getting clean towels was like pulling teeth. Front desk had the nerve to tell us we get new towels every 2 days. EVERY TWO DAYS??! Druggies all around and not one helpful person employed there. I will never stay at another Comfort Inn as long as I live. 0 stars.

There was nothing to like the front desk receptionist wouldn't answer questions. his attitude was atrocious he acted as if the customers was bothering him. If cant stay professional when providing service he shouldn't be there.

No one was ever available at the desk. They don’t answer the phone when you call the number left at the desk. When asking for clean linen, they gave me dirty linen. Breakfast started an hour late. Key card shuts off at anytime, that’s a bigger problem when no one is at the desk to help you and not answering the phone. Rooms not ready. The good thing is that the room was decent and comfortable during the stay though. I totally understand staff shortages and other complications of operations, however I hope they figure out a way to improve because the potential is there.

They lost my deposit and it took me to threaten legal action against them for them to find it. The hot water was ice cold, and the towels were itchy I’m never staying here again!

During my stay there was construction going on and the elevator did get stuck a couple of times. Also they were not serving breakfast due to the construction. The staff is generally quick with whatever needs/questions you may have.

This place is worse than a bad motel. Even if you book a room with breakfast included, there’s no breakfast—not even water. I couldn’t sleep because of people fighting at 4 a.m. The police are always here because they’re constantly needed. I stayed for six days, and housekeeping never knocked on the door; the sheets and towels weren’t changed. When I asked for them to be changed, they said they were too busy.

I only picked this hotel because I was bribing my grandsons for a football tournament in the area and this hotel said free breakfast. Once I checked in and asked about it I was told they were under renovation and would not not have breakfast. Also surprisingly in the rooms, there was no refrigerator, microwave or coffee pot. I do understand renovation is necessary but get the renovation done prior to marketing and posting. Or at least tell the truth. We had to make the best of it because we had already paid in advance. I can say however, Rico the employee was very nice and helpful. He tried to accommodate the best possible. He is a great employee. I hope within the next month or so the renovations get done so everyone can enjoy the advertised amenities. Thank you!

No TV in the first room then in the 2nd it wasn't working. They are mid remodel and should say that before charging. The elevator didn't even want to go to the third floor. We couldn't even stay the night and left after a few hours due to being uncomfortable
