"Appart-hotel Clement Ader is fantastic! I stayed in a 1 BDR suite which was ideal. Room was clean, spacious & comfortable with well-equipped kitchen, very comfy bed, separate living room, good shower and large balcony. Hotel has a sauna which was lovely (also outdoor pool but it was not open during my stay). Location is ideal to walk everywhere in the city with shopping/grocery store nearby. It is also within 10 min walk from the Toulouse Matabiau train station. There is also parking available...

"The staff were very polite friendly and helpful. Though we had booked a back room, we got upgraded to one in the front of the hotel with a view over the river. The room had individual heating control. On cold days this was most welcom."

"The main thing to know here is that there is no front desk/staff outside of the hours of 7am to 7pm, although check out did not require going to the desk, so the impact was minimized. Room was decently clean and had what was needed, although it was smaller than similarly priced apartment-hotels in the area. Still, not a bad choice, quiet street, a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, in the center of Toulouse, and furnished with a kitchenette, so it does the job."

"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Worst thing about it was the fact that the place had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was really dirty. There was supposed to be...
