「Room had a weird smell when you walked in. The countertop in the bathroom had a bunch of chips in. Check in/out was easy. Breakfast was good but a few items were empty and I watched staff the breakfast room staff sit and scroll on the phone instead of replacing. When I asked about one of the 3 hot items offered, she just shook her no. There was still an hour left for the complementary breakfast. Plenty of parking.」

「room is small, other than that is in good quality. 6th floor wifi is unstable, cannot normally remote video with others. Rate would be 8/10 if you are living in rooms except 6th floor.」

「The shower was impossible small. The in room coffee maker had to be replaced to work and was not properly working. One night there was a 3:00 AM argument in the hall, the desk clerk told the participants to knock it off, they went outside and continued their argument until 4:00 AM under my window. The desk clerk said they were sorry and would make it right, but so far nothing. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I am tall and skinny so I could almost take a shower but it is crazy...

「Dead bugs in the tub. Zero hot water in the sink or shower. The toilet did not completely flush EVER. Third party to reach to get WiFi. Room was freezing. Had the room heater on 90 for the first 6 hours to get the room warm-ish. Mattress was not great. The dual charger by the nightstand did not work. Had to unplug the fridge to plug in my phone. Sink by the door in a tiny nook. Sink marble and backsplash weren’t even similar. Construction was going on.」

But this Hilton double tree almost give house keeping service everyday. And the airport shuttle is convenient if you take the shuttle to airport」
