"Clean/nice staff. "

"We had a deluxe 2 queen bed room with two recliners. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. Check in was smooth. Parking was plentiful and the area very safe. This was the 2nd time we've stayed here and both times the hallway noise was distracting. I noticed that the door to our room had at least an inch and a half space at the bottom of the door. The hallway/foyer is huge and it echoes and any noise would be loud in our room while we were falling asleep. And I really feel that people in the hallway or going bye could hear what's going on inside our room. And alot of times a couple wants privacy and intimacy without the world hearing it. Just an FYI. Throw a couple of pillows on the floor against the door. I just don't understand why they cut the door's that short. Very annoying 😒 "

"We were assured there was a hot tub, especially because that is the reason we booked there. However, when we get there, we are told it is under maintenance. And the pool was freezing cold!"

"I’m 9 months pregnant, booked a stay for a week with 3 children on my reservation, paid 575$ and some change, the elevator was broken. Didn’t tell me until after I paid. The room had dirty walls and a cigarette burn on the toilet seat. "

"My room heater fan would not shut off. I had to ask maintenance to come fix it. My built in microwave didn't work so they had a counter top microwave in the kitchen. There was silverware but no frying pans to cook with. I had to buy my own frying pan and was going to tale it with me when I left and I forgot to take it."
