「I’ve been here a few times. There was some construction going on outside that would wake me up each day. The provided ear plugs were useful. In my experience, the rooms with a bathroom tend to be quieter than the smaller rooms with shared bathroom. They’re all comfy and close to a lot of Astoria attractions. No TVs in the room, but you can borrow a turntable and listen to a record.」

「Absolute GEM! Perfect stay close to Astoria. The hosts truly make this place feel like you're visiting family. I had a warm welcome& felt like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. The place is clean, updated and inviting, but still has that old charm to it as well. I especially appreciated they accommodated my dairy free needs. I slept great & I truly hope to be back!」

「Great room! We had the 2 room suite. 2 adults, 3 teen boys, 1 mid sized dog, plenty of space! The room was very clean and well laid out. There was also this cute basket with things to use for your dog during your stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, we will be staying again! I would highly recommend this property. 「The Bowline was genuinely beautiful. The room was great, and the balcony view of the river was so peaceful. The in-room bathtub was perfect for relaxing, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The fireplace is controlled by the thermostat, which made it really easy to turn on and made the room feel extra cozy. My only slight confusion was the “resort fee.” It’s only $15, but this definitely isn’t a traditional resort with a pool, gym, spa, etc. That said, there is a barrel sauna...

「The location is right on the beach. My husband had an issue with the bed being way too soft so we only stayed one night even though we reserved for two nights. The hotel was wonderful in refunding our second night's stay. Only one of the saunas was operating.」
