"The staff was very welcoming and friendly at checkin. Our room was clean, breakfast buffet had many choices (hot foods were hot). The location was amazing as we were away from the confusion and yet a very short walk to everything Nashville! I would recommend to my friends and stay there again!"

"Property was clean, staff was friendly, location is great and that is the biggest seller! You can easily walk to various places in the downtown area from there. It’s also just 5 or 6 blocks away from Broadway street where all the action takes place at night."

"The staff is friendly and helpful, but they seem understaffed at the front desk in particular. I waited 15 minutes to check in, after a 3 hour delay on my flight. This was at 9:30 at night. The check in person was delightful and apologized for the delay, but he was the only person checking people in, assisting with questions, parking questions, etc. I saw a long line the next day too. Overall it was a good stay, good location and the shuttle service very helpful."

"The Deluxe Studio was larger than we expected. Also, there is a nice separation between bedroom & kitchen/living area. Clean, modern, & no clutter. Quiet, beautiful main entrance area to building. Great location & a couple blocks to Broadway. Parking a full-size pick-up truck was better than expected due to the info in prior reviews (just go slow) & the very detailed instructions (with pictures) from Kasa. Would stay here again & recommend to others. Thank you."
