"Clean property clean room but customer service at check in and check out was terrible and the pay for parking option is terrible. The people were hiding in the booth so that they couldn't be seen for peopel that needed help. I don't know if I will ever stay here again, there are many other choices in Atlantic City."

"Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were super helpful and so nice, didn’t take me long to figure out where the casino was and boy was the service quick! Really didn’t have to leave the hotel since shopping and food were right in the building. Will be back!!"

"The room was nice however the toilet was very low to the floor, making it hard for elderly people to get down and up off the toilet. As for the casino, when we arrived, we noticed that it was not as crowded as we expected and then we find out that the reason might’ve been because everything in the casino was overly priced and very expensive. We were unable to get drinks, even though we were sitting at a game and playing slots or cards or whatever and there were several times that a drink was ordered and never arrived. We were very disappointed in the services provided in that manner and will not return to Harris."

"When I made the reservation, the picture was quite different from the room. It was tiny. The bathroom smelled of urine and the tub had rust stains. We brought this up to the front desk & told we couldn’t get another room. The only thing they could offer was a refund & we could go somewhere else. Trying to find a last minute hotel in that area with a reasonable price wasn’t going to work. They only offered a can of Lysol for the smell. We were suppose to receive a complementary beverage card at check in & didn’t receive it. Had to come back to ask for it."
