「隔音不好」

「very bad service.the hotel staff totally forget to give us receipt when we check out , after we back to back to Asia , we tried to phoned them many times but didn't get any document by far. even worse , the reception lady name-Kelly hung up the call , and not listening to our request and complain , i won't choose such hotel again !!!」

「I've stayed here a few times and its always been nice and clean. The staff are always friendly and easily accommodates my extra linen requests. We loved the jacuzzi room we stayed in twice as well.」

「It was an enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable for my needs. The hallways were tidy. The exercise room is fully functional. The breakfast was plentiful and of good sustenance. ...not just finger food. The staff always spoke saying good morning or asking how are you doing.
