「The stay was just fine. Staff I interacted with was nice and helpful though. I booked here after seeing it was award winning and highly rated. I expected a lot more and was underwhelmed. Upon arrival to our room it has a slight musty smell, eventually that went away or we got used to it. Bed was fine. Not sure if a nearby room was having a party but until after midnight it was music and lots of loud laughing. You could hear everything. Every time a nearby door opened or closed it echoed. This...

「97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :(」

「this was more like an Air B&B experience than a hotel experience. Very comfortable beds and bedding, beautiful property, friendly communication with host.」

Didn't make it to the pool, but we walked to see and looks like a fun spot to hang out with an outside bar. We are not gamblers, stayed because the price was good for a last minute trip to New Buffalo, but we did a few slots, casinos itself is a good size, lots of machines and tables.
