The hotel is the best I have found near Miami Airport. They only have to replace some carpets. An employee told me that the management is planning to do it soon. Food is better priced than in restaurants around.

I have been staying here since 2020 on my trip to miami. In 2020 i stayed here for 2 months. Property was new and I enjoyed every bit . Since then the carpets in the hall are almost rotten dirty. Rooms are ok. However no housekeeping only once a month. Morning breakfast is same everyday. No change. I stay here because of location.

Overall the experience could have been much more enjoyable had the staff mainly in the restaurant pay more attention to details , room was just standard, the shuttle drivers were also great.

The lobby area was impeccable and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a little TLC as there were marks all over the walls and the lighting in the bathroom was basically useless. Other than that, beds were comfy and breakfast was good.

We checked in a little early to find hair all over the bed and between the sheets on one bed and the other bed looked slept in with the comforter neatly made on top. They wanted to give us fresh linens to make the beds ourselves as there were no housekeeping at that time . We just asked to be moved but after some going back and forth they finally moved us .You could have actually smelled the fresh linen as we entered the other room. We were indeed, much more comfortable.

This js a great place if you are there for a pistol or just to have a place to sleep for the night. The TV remote wasnt functional so I couldn't watch anything and the breakfast was nor great either. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the room are nice but this is not the place to go to if you want a hotel to actually vacation in since some of the appliances were working. The directions to how to find the shuttle could be better as well. I am not a native in Florida and finding the bus zone took me a hour and some change until a family member called front desk tk help me find it. Overall great space to sleep for the night not to actually send your vacation in.
