En general esta bien, buena relación precio - beneficio. Sin embargo, los colchones deben cambiarlos son súper incómodos y la ubicación no es muy buena.
Myself and two friends decided to go to Miami for a single night, we had originally booked a 2 bedroom suite, but the day before we left we got a call that the room had a leak so they were moving us to two rooms that had a king bed in each, perfectly fine. When they called they let us know that there isn't 24/7 desk presence so our keys would be in a lockbox outside. If you book with this location, make sure to call them to give them your personal email to receive that code. The stay was great, black towels so no makeup worries, and mattresses were firm and seemed new. One of us left something in the room and we called Monday morning to see if they found it. They did and they are shipping it to us for free. Rosie's food truck is great if your stay overlaps when they are outside. No elevator, all rooms on 2nd floor. You need your key to get in building in the evening or there is a call box. Be careful with room key cause there is a $50 fee to replace if lost. Older building but we didn't hear anything from any other guests while there. Short-ish uber drives to Wynwood area. Parked on street a block over and left car, was safe. Would stay again!
My stay was great. I have no complaints. I had problems with the T.V. But Jamila came right away without me even having to call about the issues she does it all and I appreciate her and her professionalism in every way. The room was very clean and had a fresh smell to it I felt comfortable and had a good rest.

Staff was wonderful. Beds were a dream. Their restaurant breakfast was out of this world!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Whole hotel including room smelled like mold and mildew. Even sheets and towels. Charged a 27.63 fee for coffee maker in room which we didn't have. When spoke with hotels.com they said hotel told them to charge. When I spoke with hotel they said they didn't authorize. I have never seen this charge with any rental especially for something I didn't have.
It is an old hotel that has been remolded. It was very clean and pleasant room. The self check in was fine. We received instructions with codes only the morning we arrived. Little short notice. We never saw any staff. Room are located on the 2nd. floor there is no elevator. There was free on the street parking which was crowed but we did find one spot. It was walking distance to good restaurant but questionable neighborhood, We didn't walk after dark. Breakfast was at a different location and did ' open until 9:00.
Good economic hotel central to all of the spots we wanted to check out while in Miami. The parking on by the building if there was an available spot. Our check in was with a lock box since we came after hours. Room was fine and the 2nd time around, we were fortunate to have a mini fridge. They responded pretty quickly to messages. I didn't get to try their breakfast, but i believe they had a food truck serving guests.
When searching for a property, the single deciding factor in choosing this overpriced property was its "No children under 12" policy. All policies were worded in strict, no-nonsense language, so we believed it. Ha! Woke up in the morning from the sounds of a child running. Came downstairs for breakfast and saw a young girl, 6-9 years old, running back and forth across the small lobby past the dining table while her parents enjoyed their breakfast, oblivious to her behaviour. We did not stay for breakfast, and left immediately. I contacted the hotel by email prior to posting a review, and I have not received a response. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable. The lack of an elevator was not an issue for us. We would not stay here again.
It was a lovely stay, the room was clean and staff was friendly.
However. It seems weird that ‘taxes’ were almost more than the price of the room. Mandatory fees were explained to be for ‘admin, maintenance, reservation processing etc’ even after that, there is a charge for late check in, which was waived after the complaint of fees being non-transparent and nonsensical.
Another big promise was that breakfast was going to be ‘made to order’. However we weren’t asked to order. It is the same breakfast meal served for everybody, which to me is even worse than a buffet, because you literally have no choices.
The room was lacking some basic amenities like towel racks (just one hook), bathroom counter, soap..
All in all, average.
The outside appearance is a little sketchy but that’s the only complaint i have. The front desk girls are the nicest service I’ve ever received at a hotel. Also the breakfast was great. Would easily go back.
The property and staff were great! And since our cruise got canceled they were able to get us another room while we waited to try and get a flight home.
Great bed and breakfast, very welcoming. Comfortable room and great home made breakfast.

Very Un-Vegan Friendly
I didn’t see any employees during my stay because their lobby closes at 7pm and we got there a few minutes later. The bathroom is so tiny, and the door opens inwards so just opening the door takes up the entire bathroom and you have to wedge yourself between the door and the toilet to get in and out. The shower glass doesn’t slide shut so we had to be careful not to splash water everywhere onto the floor. The floors were so dusty and creaky. I was most disappointed to see how un-vegan friendly this place was. I was very upset to find out they normally use down duvets after I had already booked my stay. I don’t understand why they would make that their standard. It’s cruel and unethical to use animal feathers just for a blanket when they actually do have the alternatives available to just use polyester duvets. (Which is what we requested) Also found out after the fact that they do not have vegan options for breakfast either so I was pretty annoyed that the breakfast fee was included in the price. They should make it more clear on this website that they don’t accommodate vegan. I only found out after through an email and we couldn’t believe it so my boyfriend even called for clarification and they flat out told us they don’t have any vegan options at all. Guess they didn’t have fruit or vegetables? I read that the owners are chefs so it’s a shame that they don’t even try to offer food without animal products. I would not stay here again unless they became more vegan friendly.
