The room was in an amazing place, right in the middle of everything fun happening in Miami Beach. Right on top of a drag bar, which definitely meant some late nights were had, but I would 100% stay here again.

This property was in the heart of everything surrounding South Miami Beach. Also my room felt like a cozy apartment and rooftop pool was cute with nice views. I stayed in building A so I did not hear noise from the Bar below. I actually highly recommend building A. This was a last minute pick that actually work out for my mom and daughter getaway.

I read so many reviews that have complaints about this and other local places lacking modern touches. It’s ridiculous. The whole district is Victorian, everything is pretty old but largely updated. Were we in an old building? Absolutely. Were there modern touches? Absolutely. The bottom line is that the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect if you wish to experience South Beach, and we felt comfortable and safe for the night. Would stay again.

0wner nicely advised us of noise due to the club next door. It wasnt bad abd we just used white noise. With the doors and windows shut you couldnt hear the noise that much. Location was superb. Check in was easy. Loved,loved, loved the location.

First things first property conditions (below average) NOT what you see online when booking reservation. Roof top pool very nice layout, but water was dirty through the entire of my stay. Also the pool area is not Family friendly atmosphere. I don’t recommend and won’t be staying there again. Sorry, I don’t have pictures to share.

This was intended for a family trip. And it was not appropriate for children at all. This was for adults there were loud drag shows all day & night creating noise above the master bedroom. The pool was nice, the room was okay. The hallway smelled like pot & cigars. The location was great across from the beach. The view was very partial. But it was nice. The location for adults was very good with many shops, restaurants and bars. The bath/ shower was broken and leaked. You could only use the above shower head not the wand but regardless every time we showered there was water all on the floor.

Great location, for young couples without children

Great location, not recommended for young families. The elevator was not working which was very disappointing as we were staying on the third floor. Rooms are in a different building from the Checkin location, sandwich between two lively bars.
