Absolutely incredible stay! Beautiful hotel with amazing and accommodating staff. The pool and beach areas are both gorgeous. The food is also amazing. They also offer free transport within 3 miles between 11 am and 7 pm. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property. And pretty quiet ambience throughout our stay. Happy hour deal at the Bar is unbeatable and drinks were steomg and flowing quite nicely. Pool area ambience and drink and bite options available were excellent. Plenty of seating and lounging areas throughout the property. Amazing hospitality from all the staff

The new Shelborne has been remodeled wonderfully! The design, art direction, attention to detail, and service go toe to to with Miami Beach’s top hotels. Highly recommend this stay!

Stayed at the new Shelbourne Hotel in Miami Beach and honestly everything was great. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, which set the tone right away. The pool was calm and peaceful—such a nice vibe. Everything felt fresh and clean. Definitely would come back.

Everything was amazing- The accommodations, the property decor, the staff like Adrian and Chef Luis were very personable and welcoming. Our room was upgraded from partial ocean view to full as we were celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary, so that was a nice touch. We would definitely book again.

Quiet.Lobby was nice and smelled amazing. Staff was good. Loved the gym/studio. Dislikes: No hot water in the shower. Lobby smelled amazing but wasn’t consistent throughout the building.
